Find relevant businesses. Keep the facts visible.
This guide explains the new prospecting approach. Existing accounts keep their current research access; new search allowances and connected workflows take effect only when released.
Start with a category and location
Describe the businesses you want to reach and what you sell. Use a country, city or region for local work, or nationwide coverage for a broader offer. A business does not need a public buying signal to be a useful prospect.
Read observations as observations
Business names, addresses, contact routes, ratings and websites come from their attributed sources. A provider listing is not independent verification of every field. Missing information stays unknown.
A missing website is not proof of absence
A listing without a website URL is distinct from a bounded search that found no attributable website. Check the recorded source and observation date. Neither establishes that a website cannot exist elsewhere.
Use contact routes responsibly
A listed phone, email or social page can help with a manual next step. It does not establish current operation, deliverability or consent. The new automated outreach path is email-only and remains in development.
Understand the search allowance
The new Free plan is one lifetime search for up to 10 real prospects. Solo and Pro allow up to 50 per search. Each started search and each scheduled rerun uses an allowance; reading saved results does not. Maximums are not guaranteed counts. Monthly period, rollover and sending policies will be published before new paid checkout opens.
Keep the context with the business
The new workspace connects source observations and contact routes to the saved business. Suggested approaches and match priority help review the record; they do not prove need, urgency or buying intent.
Existing API access
The research API and MCP guide describe existing research commands. New CRM, mailbox and sequence commands will be documented as their integrations are released.
